Pros : Employee life cycle management from Hire to Retire. One application to serve the purpose. Seamless flow of employee master data in each module. Reports are in built and even you can create them with just drag and drop. Data integrity and data privacy is maintained. Access levels can be well defined with access groups. What is sold is worth buying it. Holistic approach of an employees hiring till they retire. No hassle in implementation. The implementation specialist have the core knowledge of the modules and can embed the policies you want to as per your organization. The best part is Active Directory... One id and one password serves the purpose.

Cons : I havent found any... Any software is always in the verge of improvement with the changing policies of the organization buying it.

“Best software and excellent team.”

Pros : User experience, user interface and most important is rapid implementation and service too.I found them good among all hrms solution I used over a span of 20 years of my career.

Cons : they don't have Learning management system.
